Join us for our workshop "SILENT OBSERVATIONS SERIES: All About Air"

Have you ever stopped to wonder about the air around you? That invisible companion we carry everywhere, yet rarely think about? Join us for a fascinating exploration. What if we could decode its subtle language, understand its intricate conversations with our bodies and environment?

In this unique workshop, we invite you to experience air as more than just a background substance—but as a critical component of our environment and personal well-being. Through a carefully curated guided walk, you'll embark on a silent exploration that awakens your senses and deepens your understanding of the air we breathe.

We will join BlueSky LA, a Breathe Southern California program, for a guided walk led in partnership with the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles through the Peck Road Water Conservation Park. We will visit a local garden at Arroyo High School where together we will explore and co-create new ways of thinking, sharing our reflections through creativity.

This is more than a workshop—it's an invitation to slow down, observe, and reconnect with one of life's most fundamental yet overlooked elements.
